Description
Automatic Multifunctional Castings Making Machine is upgraded from the grinding media molding line. The function is diversity. It can produce brake drum, crankshaft, wheel hub, casting section, water meter case, engine cylinder cover and some other medium-small size of castings. But all these castings need to suitable for coated sand technology.
PLC controls the whole making machine, 5-6 people operated the entire line. It has the ability of remote maintenance & diagnose remote failure functions — three main parts: Molding line + Tilting type pouring system+ Metal molds.
